Chickens eye being covered by Tissue

No other symptoms, bubbles, or flock illness. My hens eye is now almost completely covered by this, it isn’t goopy and almost is like her eye tissue.

Not sure what to do here, advice tips???

It looks like a growth or overgrowth of conjunctiva. It can be common in dogs. Is a vet a possibility? Can she see well enough to see to get food and water? I would try cleaning it with saline eyewash and QTips, just to see if anything could be removed. It may require surgery if it isn’t an infection.

She seems totally fine other than this thing in her eye lol.
