Chickens eye

One of our chickens seems to have a sore eye. It started keeping the one eye closed yesterday. What home remedy can I use to clean the eye? I will keep checking to make sure it is not getting worse.

Photos will help. Take one if it closed and maybe lift her eyelid for another photo

Flush the eye with saline solution and apply Terramycin eye ointment or Neosporin ointment as needed.
