Chickens hatching "other" eggs??

I'm curious to see if anyone has had luck with their chickens sitting on "other" eggs - Ducks, Goose, that type of thing. If so, are there issues when they hatch? I wonder if a mother chicken is expecting her offspring to look a certain way.

My broodies have hatched muscovy eggs before.

I put banty eggs under a sitting BO. When they hatched moma treated them all the same despite the size difference as they grew.

I have put every kind of bantam egg under my Silkies and they will hatch them all!!!!!
