Theyre put away at 5pm and I have a light come on at 130am. They are fed a layer crumble, as well as any vegetable scraps/waste from our restaurants. They have plenty of room in their yard and plenty of nesting boxes with clean straw. I have 27 POL hens. What am I doing wrong? Am I missing something?

How long have you had the light on them? Most of my birds take 2 to 3 weeks to start back up after putting lights on them. Except my Bantam polish I have gotten a dozen eggs in 2 and halfs months from 6 hens[IMG]

Also how old are your birds?

How old are they? Did they start laying and stop or have they not started yet?

There are about 3 that are 2 years old and 10 that are 1.5 years old. The rest are about 8 months old. I've had the light on since November and they went from 3 eggs to 12 eggs a day now
