1st off I got my first chickens this Mother's day. 2 have been laying consistently, the other two haven't laid at all. Well one of those non laying chickens seems in distress now. She's a bit wobbly, holds her tail down, fluffs ever so often and seems lethargic. Stays off to herself and lays on the ground in the coop. I've brought her inside and keeping an eye on her but don't know what to do for her, aside from taking her to the vet tomorrow. Her tail feathers are clean like she hasn't been pooping much or at all. I'll know for sure in the morning. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I've added acv with mother to her water.

Do the others have poop on their feathers? If so, they need to be off, in hot weather, its more than possible for a hen to get flystrike.

As for the sick hen, it sounds like it can be a lot of things to me. Coccidiosis being one of them. How is her poop?

It sounds like she may be having trouble passing an egg. I would work on hydrating her and give her 1 Caltrate once a day.
It wouldn't hurt to direct dose her with a poultry vitamin like Poultry Cell too.

Hopefully she's just working on expelling a soft shelled egg and it has resolved by now.

I checked her through the night and her poop is minimal, kinda watery/slimy. She's drinking water but not really eating.

She's never laid since I brought her home in May. I've felt her bottom and I don't feel anything there.

Photos of how she's standing?
How old is the hen?
What do you feed?
If possible, get a fecal float to see if worms and/or coccidiosis are an issue. If not, then consider treating for both.
Safeguard and Corid can both be found at TSC.

Safeguard dose is 0.23ml per pound of weight given orally once a day for 5 days in a row.

Liquid Corid dose is 2 tsp or Powdered Corid dose is 1 1/2 tsp per gallon of water, give for 5-7 days.

Yes. You can treat for both at the same time.

Check her well for lice/mites and be sure that her crop is emptying overnight too.
Parasites may not be her issue, there's so many conditions that can cause a hen to feel unwell, but deworming and treating for Coccidia overload is one place to start.

She seems better this morning.
