Chickens & veggies/the new coop

    Gave the girls a bunch of veggies today for the first time in a while. I decided they are bored so going to start giving them veggies, letting them free range more, give them dirt/leaves, etc.

    Anyway, here are the veggies. 6 bell peppers various colors, 1 yellow/summer squash, 2 crowns of broccoli.

    Oh and also hopefully we can finish the new coop so they can have some more space. Just need to finish the clapboard on two sides, add roost bars, attach hardware cloth under the eaves, and maybe add another vent and then they can move in :)

    Thank you! And I think they definitely enjoyed the veggies and was a nice change of pace for them :)
