Chickens with diarrhea

My four 12-week-old chickens have started having diarrhea this week. We moved them into the new coop with our single hand and changed everyone over to flock raiser. Would all this change cause diarrhea? They seem to be eating and drinking but are a little cautious of the hen and their surroundings. They have also started panting whereas the older chicken is not. Any suggestions on what to do?

Moving them to a new coop with a grown hen and switching them to a different feed can cause stress resulting in diarrhea. Also, if it's hot where you live, they'll drink alot of water which can cause diarrhea as well.
You can give them plain boiled white rice added to their feed which should help settle their innards. Hopefully it will stop the diarrhea.
