Chickens without feathers

We have hens that are missing feathers. At first we thought they were just molting, but they aren't growing back. Out of 17 hens, 6 of them are missing feathers and have been like that for a few months. The other ones are fine. We have 6 roosters in with the girls too. Any suggestions?

We know the ones the roosters give attention to. They have the normal feather loss areas around their necks and back. These guys are losing their feathers everywhere.
