I HAVE to downsize in the next couple weeks. We are going on vacation, and I don't want to scare my "caretakers" away!

I have various chicks from a week to a few months old, and some started pullets & cockerals. Prices from $2 to $5.
These are some of the breeds:

    Cochins (standard & bantam)
    Polish (buff laced)
    EE's
    2 Buff orps
    1 Barred rock
    Misc. mixed breeds

I will NOT ship, but can meet you within reason. Gas money is always welcome!

Carole I would be interested in some of your Cochins. Mostly the standard but possibly a bantam or two as well. I am not interested in any roos. I would not be able to do anything though until Saturday the 20th. I would also need to find a half-way point to meet you.

They are mostly black, or somewhat barred, possible partridge. Some may be blue--its too early to tell yet. [IMG]

Roosters are Creole, a frizzled creole and frizzled black.

Hens are frizzled black, a frizzle red, a smooth red, a smooth blue, a smooth partridge, 2 smooth buffs.

OK, I'm confused. Don't understand the cochin colors, are they crossbreds or hatchery chicks?

Are the misc. breeds crossbreds or different breeds? If so, what breeds are they?

The cochins I listed above were the parent birds. These are from my birds that went broody. The bantam cochins ARE pure, and the chicks are barred and black.

The standard cochin chicks could be mixed with brahma, but some are pure cochin. I have a black & splash roo; and 3 silver-laced, a gold laced, and black cochin hens.

I DO have MIXED chicks too. Some are EE x cochin, some are a polish mix. Hope this helps!

    standard cochin cockeral?
