Chicks are Growing up

My girls are three weeks old and still very skittish. I try to move them around and sit with them to get them comfortable with me the best I can. I have been trying to get them to roost on the upper branch I built them and they have finally made the flight. Just thought I would share Enjoy the pic.

Oh, they are cute! What breed are they?

Mine are 8 weeks old now and still don't use the roost much.

They are Red Sex Links. They started out roosting on the side of the brooder box. I also had a stick in their box to give them the idea. They used it a little but I have continually picked them up and placed them on the higher roost. Just takes them some time to get to different things.
