Chicks Aren't Hatching??

I have 5 eggs on day 24. I'm getting worried. I have around 10 eggs on day 21. A few on day 19. What should I do? The eggs look like they all have chicks. It's not smelling bad yet.

Yup! It's at 101-102(F) in a still air.

Try and use an old fashion infant rectal thermometer. The markings are about at the right temps for checking eggs in an incubator and the scale is printed on the glass tube which helps increase accuracy.
