chicks arrived, one has a leg injury please advise (PIC)

This little baby australorp seems to have a hurt leg

she's moving around, but seems to be having trouble with that leg, she did eat the food a little then she walked back to the light

both legs seem weak

dipped her beak and made her drink some water

the pen is lined with the blue tarp you see in the photo, but the chicks are on a thin layer of pine shavings (hadn't finished spreading it around when we took the pic)

Sorry in a hurry but look up "splay legged" on this forum. There are ways to wrap them for a few days to strengthen their muscles. Works really well!

seems like it was more than just that we did the bandaid thing and she still wouldn't walk or really eat and drink on her own, this morning she wouldn't open her eyes and she died this afternoon

looked a lot like failure to thrive, we had one like that last spring too

thanks for the advice
