Chick's feet are swollen!

I have 2 chicks around 8 wks old that was given to me, the people had bought them for their kids for easter.... well their legs and feet are so swollen that they have trouble walking, it doesn't look like bumble foot, so I'm confused on what it could be, any ideas? Also, they have diarreah (sure thats not the correct spelling) Please help I don't know what to do, I already have 18 RIR hens, 3 BO hens, 2 roosters, I don't want to pass along a diease to them

I don't know what it could be, but I hope you have the two newbies in a seperate area, away from your established flock. Quarantine 'em.

Well they're in the same coop, but we have a fenced a partion to keep them separated, is that good enough?
