I have a havobator genisis and it has a fan in it. With the plug humidity is 63% and temp staying around 99.5 - 99.7. Do I still need to remove the plug for them to dry? They started hatching this morning but I have several that have no started hatching not sure about the vent plug. The first one hatched around 8:30 this morning and it almost dry as of 1 pm.

How many eggs / chicks in there? If you just have some, don't worry about it, if you have a lot, then unplug the vent for air.

I have 12 all together...one is out and about and there are five pipping through. Should u unplug vent? will the humidity drop and will that hurt the ones still in the eggs? Thanks so much !
