Chicks i hatched...all female? *fingers crossed*

I hatched these little ones about a month or so ago. I think one might be a male. They are pretty young still but all seem really light in color to be males. (i don't know if thats a valid way of sexing them, i just remember my roo being more red than buff colored when he was young) They are Mille Fluer D'uccles.

I took some pics specifically of their combs but they are all very blury. If you want pics of combs i will retake pics of the whole group. Let me know if I should just wait a week.

Chick #3 is a bit iffy... but the rest look pretty female

i agree, #3 appears most male of all of them. You also want to look at feet feathering. That will come in earlier and heavier on the males.

I'd say all pullets. I have 26 four week old Mille fleur D's and the roosters' combs are definately more pronounced that the one in pic three. I can takes some pics if you want to see the difference.

I would agree, #3 is probably a roos. I have some D'uccles about the same age and I know for sure I have 2 roos and 4 hens.
