I am just wondering if chicks would be OK outside at this time...We are thinking of getting them around/after labor day, and keeping them outside (in an insulated, heatlamp-heated coop) ASAP. Will they be OK? Or will it be too cold in the MN fall/winter?[IMG]

as long as you can keep the area under the brooder lamp at the right temp for their age, you should be fine.

The little buggers are pretty hardy. Just keep them warm and out of drafts. [IMG]
