Chicks keep dying before hatching???

I am on my fourth batch of eggs in my incubator. My first round went great, 11 out of 16 hatched. Well, batch 2,3, AND 4 have been awful! Not one chick has hatched from either one....I have kept my humidity and temp. same as I did with the first ones....what is going on?? I'm so disappointed and upset! What is going on?

One more thing, they always seem to die right before time to hatch. On day 18 and 19 eggs were rocking. After that, no movement. Going on day 22 and there has still been no movement so I candled and they are gone, no moving inside eggs, no internal pips, NOTHING!
