Chicks missing feathers.

So I ordered 45 birds from McMurray hatchery and have had them for about a week. The thing is, a few of the meat birds appear to be missing feathers from their chests and one and chicken is missing some off it's wing. It looks as if the feathers were ripped out. Is this a skin disease?

Are you sure some chicks are not bullies? It happens.

We've been watching their behavior and it doesn't seem like that.
