Yesterday i helped 3 chicks hatch that where shrink wraped how do i clean the gunk off them
Just leave them for a few days. Their feathers will shed naturally.
They don't look that bad but you can give them a bath in some warm water and gentle use your finger or a toothbrush. I did it to mine and it worked well after a couple of short baths but mine were really stuck with gunk and hard...research on here they have info on it. They do loose it after a couple of days
I personally think there would be more of a risk of getting an infection in their navel.
I would leave them alone, they should shed that gook off in a few days.
the light one looks like he has crooked toes
I had some that were all stuck up and I put them under some warm water and gently with a terry cloth washed it off. The water will soften it or you can wait a few days. I took a hair dryer on the warm setting and somewhat dried them. They fluffed up nicely.

Poor baby crooked toes! I wouldn't get them wet just wait til they get a few days older, may-be ok without your help.
Here is a thread that may help with the crooked toes. I had a chick with folded feet and spraddle legs and did this and the chick turned out fine. The feet straightened out but I think it's best to do when the chicks are very young.
