Do your new chicks sleep on their back? The first time I saw it I thought I had 3 dead babies, but nope they just like to sleep like that [IMG] then the others sleep on their side with their legs sticking out, it is soooooooo cute [IMG]

Just wait until you see a full crop after they eat too much or a good dustbath. [IMG]

Yep the first time I saw my older girl bath I thought she had broke her back she was flopping around so much [IMG] Then next time my DD comes running in "Mom Charlie is sick she is dying" good thing I was already prepared

My heart still skips a beat when I see my favorite roo laying in the middle of the yard with one leg in the air and wings flapping. [IMG] And he has been doing it for over a year.

I noticed my chicks seem to spread out and sleep on their sides or backs when the temp is just right.
