chicks vs parakeet poop

I have a pile of debris under my parakeet flite cage made up of parakeet poop, feathers, and a lot of birdseed, both shells and uneaten. Much of the time i feed them yard bird seed, much cheaper, but contains a lot of sunflower seeds plus other birdseed too big for the keets, all of which ends up under the cage.

Question is, can this mess be served up to 6 weekold chicks, with no health issues? It would be in addition to their daily diet of chick starter/grower. I would just like to see the uneaten portion be used productively.
