chicks with bare spots

On my way home from picking up my goats, I stopped at a feed store. I bought 3 EE pullets.

2 are about 3 weeks old and one looks about a week old. All have bare spots where they have no feathers. What can I do to help these chicks get to optimum condition? They seem otherwise ok. The little one flies. They look as though they plucked each others feathers out.

Tonight I am giving them some of that infant vitamins. I'll take some pics tomorrow.

Pics would be good. My guess is that they were crowded at the feed store or bored. If the picking does not stop, anti pick may be a good option.
