Chicks with foamy discharge in eye

1) What type of bird , age and weight.
# Gold Brabranters, 5 weeks old

2) What is the behavior, exactly.
#6 chicks, one has no symptoms, the others have a closed or foamy/runny eye (not both eyes only one) seem a little sleepy

3) How long has the bird been exhibiting symptoms?
#2 days


6) What happened, if anything that you know of, that may have caused the situation.
#moved from brooder to outdoor pen?

7) What has the bird been eating and drinking, if at all.
#eating and drinking fine

8) How does the poop look? Normal? Bloody? Runny? etc.
#normal
9) What has been the treatment you have administered so far?
#terramycin antibiotic eye ointment

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have tried to research but there is too much info on the internet some times

Add terrymiacin powder in the water for 10 days. You have to mix it new every 24 hours. Should clear it up, but it might come back later. Good luck!
