Chicks with poor immunity?

Has anyone ever had chicks/young chickens from one breed or hatch that seemed to have a poor immune system and catch various illnesses moreso than other hatches?

Seminole, can't say that I have. However, with my latest batch of chicks (bought at the feedstore for a broody) I do have a chick that just isn't growing. Eats, drinks and plays well, so I'm just letting nature take its course.

I've just not had any trouble with prior chicks I've hatched.

If the parent birds are carrying an illness it can pass to the chicks and make them unthrifty......
