chicks with the flock

I have a hen that just hatched some eggs and I was wondering should I take them away from the flock it's not the roo I am wired about it's my other hens I don't know what to do

I'm not an expert, but if the older chickens are pecking at the babies that they could kill them. It's best to separate them until the chicks are 3 months old or roughly the same size. That's what I've been reading. Good luck.
