Child At Heart, Monster By Nature (A Shape Shifting RP)

The medic took back the canteen and capped it to set it aside. He looked around the back and found a blanket to cover Amaryllis with. She was frail and increasingly colder. "Hang in there, the doctor is on his way. If anyone can help you, Ryker can." He said encouragingly.

Amaryllis gratefully settled into what comfort the blanket provided her with, but her expression filled with trepidation. "No! He'll kill." She screamed within a whisper. "Please, don't take me to him."

Donella huffed softly, a sort of laugh in her cat form as she returned to tracking as well as she could. She was a cat after all, and even with training, she wasn't as good as a canine would have been. Oh well, she would try her best and hope they found the tiger.

"I think Donella has something!" Andorra said as she hurried along to follow her. She chose not to press the matter with Zaine. Look at that, she was making progress already. She thought humorously to herself.

"I concur Vanna White." Dimitri said teasingly. "Now let's scram before the jug is up." He added like an old time move

Ashton smiled pleasantly with her eyes alight with playfulness. She made like she was taking that over, then asked curiously, "Is that right? What else do you consider yourself a master of, Allen? Not being overly humble, that's for certain."
Zaine sped up his step to keep up with the eager kitty and Andorra.

Alexis grabbed her backpack from the corner and went to flip the light off, but not before skimming the bookshelf once more to check for mistakes. "All good, methinks," she said cheerfully.
-----
Allen put a hand to his chin, tapping it in thought. "Why, eating pizza of course," he replied after a moment. "Oh, oh, and driving without hands!" He added as he released the wheel and put his knee up enough to steer it with.

(That's weird, I was sure that I answered that.)
Anuerin grinded his teeth together at her words. "Don't you think she's tried that? Ryker's kept in solitude for six years so that she could be his lab rat, even more than you or I."
Nova frowned at that, but wanted to drop the subject. It was making both of them upset for different reasons. She looked away then back to him "Are you hungry?" Yep, subject change, very needed.

Sonella glanced back to them then continued on, following the trail until she found the tiger, though in this form she couldn't open doors for herself.

Dyrus didn't waste any time. He started sprinting to the ledge and leapt forward to land in a skid of gravel on the other buildings rooftop. But he was still a building behind. He growled softly as the rain became a hendurance in linr of sight of Haley. With urgency, he hurredly prepared to jump to the next building in pursuit.
Haley had the advantage of the being ahead already but she needed every yard. The rain, hitting harder by the minute, was causing the ground to become slippery, so she went to the edge to look for a fire escape to climb down by. When she couldn't find one, and with hardly any time to check every side, she decided to just get to the next building and see if she had better luck there. She sped up for the jump and landed, but not securely on the other side as she would have liked. The slippery edge caught her off guard and she barely managed to loop an arm over.

Laurel allowed herself to explore the room a moment, before turning to Alastor with a shy expression. "I don't understand. What are electrodes?"

Alastor glanced to the equipment set out, before going over to pick them up to show her as he explained what they were used for.

Almost as if summoned by her outburst, a van pull up behind theirs. The medic was looking to Amaryllis with confusion, before the headlights caught his attention instead. He heard the leader of their group say, "about time Ryker got here. It's a good thing we charge by the hour." The group laughed together but stopped when Ryker got close enough to hear.

Andorra gasped excitedly and asked, "Did you find him? Is he in there?"

Zaine sped up his step to keep up with the eager kitty and Andorra.

Dimitri grinned and nodded his agreement. "Its better then that, methinks. It on the verge of pure perfection. That professor won't suspect strangers of doing this to him. Now all we need is an alibi for the night in question. While maintaining Plausible deniability. Especially if we...." He trailed of as he heard someone at the door. 'Oh, this can't be happening.' He thought of what Ioan was going to do with him after this. He thought fearfully as the options were not that good.

"That first one is a given. Where as that second reveal, not so much. However, knee driving isn't in high demand. You might want to rethink that career choice. " Ashton stated with levity.

( I'll get this tomorrow morning. )
