Rowan shook his head then grabbed her arm to bring her over to where he sat, trying to hug her.

Areum gasped at his touch, hugging him back to show him how it was supposed to be done. She sympathized with him; he obviously hadn't been given much attention.

Haley frowned slightly as she watched him. Not the answer she was expecting. She was struggling enough to keep her composure and self-control in check, so it was probably for the best. "Anytime," she murmured softly as she turned to go. Pausing with her handle on the door, she glanced over her shoulder to say quietly, "I never thanked you this morning. For getting the key. So, thank you." She then slipped out before anything else could be said.

Dimitri snarled in mock anger. "Don't make me carry you again Alexis. I'm not listening to that question all the way down the hallway. " He replied as he stepped closer should he have to carry through on his words.

Layla moved out into the hall to follow him, curious as to where they were going now. "Well it turned out far better then I expected, and it was certainly more fun to explore with your companionship." She said bluntly. She was happy to have met him that was for sure.

"Oh I also savor life, you can count on that." Adrian replied as he gestured for her to lead the way to her room. He loved the sound of her purr when she liked something, it made his stomach tighten in anticipation for what was to come, in a good way. He was enjoying himself far too much probably but that was ok in his book.

Leverett bowed slightly and said offhandedly, " Mischief is more fun with two. I'm glad I chanced upon meeting you today Layla. It has been enlightening and a real treat. It's get around dinner time, would you do me the honors of dinning with me?" He smiled hopefully waiting for her reply.

She had told herself no, leave him be for both their sakes. But dang it, she wanted him, wanted his arms wrapped around her as they had been moments ago, pulling her close to him. Cursing herself for taking such pleasure in it, she pushed off the door and headed towards Vasper's room in search of Amaryllis to get her mind off of Dyrus.
