Chinese Geese Hatching information

Hello i'm new to BackYardChickens and i'm glad I found this forum.

My name is Teresa and I need Help!

I have a female and she is sitting on what i'am very sure are fertilized eggs, i'm use to chickens but not geese. How long will she sit for, and is there anyother information that i need to know for them. The interweb has very conflicting answers or none at all please help.

She'll sit for about a month, and if all goes well, leave it to the broody. When they hatch, I'd watch them to make sure she doesn't get disinterested and abandon them and to make sure that the older geese in the flock don't get nasty. If they do, separate. Geese are usually pretty good with their parental instincts.. Mine always yell at me for taking "their goslings" (MY goslings that I raised INSIDE THE HOUSE) for walks. They try and break through the fence to "save" them.
