chix movin on up to bigger house

was awakened at 2 am with distress peep(thought it was because of new housing stress) and could NOT make myself wake up until finally after 1 1/2 hours of peeping I got up and realized 5 of 9 chix were OUTSIDE their kennel,not in it. yes, I am stupid, but anyhow, babies are fine and had 3 cats in various parts of bedroom staring at scarey chix. they are now boxed in so no more escapes(altho I think they won't want to again, floor was cold) fortunately my cats are terrified of adult chickens and show no real interest other than watching. chicks are 10 and 11 days old.
