Chocolate Orpington, what gender?

We got these 4, and honestly have no idea what they are. We know one is crowing, but they look so alike, we still can’t hardly tell them apart. Two of them are bigger, then the others. I believe they’re 14 or 15 weeks old. We’ve had them since they were about 6 weeks and they are so unfriendly! They freak out even though we’ve given them plenty of human contact. I have no idea why, when I’ve Seen that they are supposed to be very friendly birds! Has anyone else had problems with their chocolate orpingtons, being very unfriendly and flighty?

#4. Not sure what’s wrong with it’s eye. Never noticed anything before this picture. But it looks clouded looking. Hoping it’s just the flash. Will watch though.
