    D'OH! I haven't even dug my stuff out yet ... may need to task hubby with that since I am cooking again.

    Well our plastic fiber-optic tree has passed on. That means this year we will have to decide on a kind of tree. I REALLY want a REAL one! (never had one, boo hoo [​IMG] [​IMG] )... but last year when we checked out the real ones.. they were wanting a bit too much for them [​IMG]

    Going to try to get one this year anyway!

    But we also have to replenish the decoration stockpile.... Wouldn't it be cool to make handmade ones! [​IMG]

    I'm really wanting a Christmasy Christmas this year!! [​IMG]

    I've never had a real one either. The handmade decorations sounds like a really fun thing to do [​IMG]

    I made a bunch of beaded snowflakes one year and they are really sparkly on the tree. I used clear, silver and blue beads on wire. You can probably google directions...
