Chronic diarrhea

Is it possible for a hen to have diarrhea her whole life? I have one 5 year old whose poops are runny ALL THE TIME. She does poop "normally", but most of the time it is runny and goopy. Does she have an infection that stayed with her her whole life? Is it just an individual thing? I'm really lost, below is a picture of her classic diarrhea squirts.

Do you give probiotics, & grit? If not it could be her problem.

What all do you feed her?

Do you deworm your birds?

I don't give any probiotics to them, I do give them insoluble grit.

I feed them layer pellets and whatever they could forage in the yard, grass, bugs etc.

I don't deworm them, but that sounds like a good idea
