Chuck breed

Hello! I have two chicks that were given to me (found on the side of the road in the CITY) they were (roughly) 3days old. I’m guessing both are rooster but I’m not 100% on both. I’m curious what kind of breed they are though. I’ve had broiler (CornishX) before and they kind of looks similar to them but the two chicks adult feathers were more consistent coming in and they came in slower. They are also showing more personality traits that I notices more in laying chickens than my broilers. Any guesses??? They’re about three and a half weeks old ish. They are also quite large.
