This last weekend I hosted a hunt test for pointing breed dogs out at Sauvies Island in Oregon. It was for our Irish setter club and we purchased 160 Chukar. The birds that were used were brought to a table for processing and we breasted out several and shared the meat. I have about three pounds of it and am wondering if anybody here has cooked it before and if so, how did they do it? I'm tempted to just cook it up for the dogs unless someone has a good recipe.
