    omg, i sooo believe in that thing~ the goat sucker,hahahah

    that thing is NOT it! Looks like a lil dog, skinned and frozen.

    It looks similar to one that was found in TX and shown on MonsterQuest one day. It turned out to be a coyote with mange.

    That is a dead frozen dog. I used to work at the county animal shelter, I have seen thousands of dead frozen dogs, and that is one.

    I think it is a canine of some kind with a funky skin disorder....like runaway mange or something.
