This (hopefully) girl was sold to me as a Cinnamon Queen. I have my doubts. She’s about 3 weeks old. By the looks of it, she isn’t going to have a single row comb. Any insight? Also, can we be sure at this age that she’s a pullet?

You're right, that is not a single comb.
At that age, and not knowing the breed: no way to be sure whether you have a pullet.

Crowing would be a definite cockerel, red comb and wattles would probably be a cockerel--but no crowing + pale comb does not prove the chick to be a female at this age.

Any insight to what breed she may be?

I think she's got a rose comb, and I see wild-type stripes, so maybe a Rose Comb Brown Leghorn.

But there are plenty of other possibilities, too.

Where did you get her? Some sources are more likely to have certain kinds of chickens.

She was a TSC chick

OK, that makes it a bit easier--she is probably some breed sold by a major hatchery. Rose Comb Brown Leghorn seems most likely, because I don't think there are any Wyandotte or Hamburg colors with chick down in that particular pattern of colors.
