Does anyone know what cities in Ohio have legalized chickens to be kept as pets?

I am looking at trying to change my cities ordinances again and this information would be helpful. Last time I had a go at this was almost 4 years ago and a lot has changed in that time.

The city of columbus allows chickens, though you're supposed to have a permit.

I am no longer in Toledo, but I hear you can now have up to 10 hens.

Or Reynoldsburg, though there's a group in the area trying to change that (I need to find these people...!).
