So no matter how unfriendly or how bad they are they are they HAVE to call you to come pick up the chicks. it's their job and the only way to get the chicks out of their hair! Lol. Where ever they end up, the postmaster will give you a call to come get them. You usually have until closing time to go get them (so if you're in the middle of something you don't have to drop everything). Just make sure you remember to ask which post office when they call! I've had a few shipments that didn't go to my local post office and I forgot to ask where they where! Enjoy your new babies!!

They will call you and tell you they have your chicks. If they don’t & some chicks die it’s on them because of all the paperwork (shipping date & arrival and s documented calls to you. Good luck with your babies.

The blame falls on the employees

The blame fall on the top, DeJoy the postmaster general. He has done nothing but run the PO into the ground since he was appointed. The blame always should land on leadership.
