    Does anybody know if chickens are allowed in Brevard Count?

    Best way is to look up on line. Most cities nowdays have a site. Usually .org of somesort. And search for the local ordinance section. It would be under livestock, poultry, chicken, other animals and it should pop up. If you are not sure about the web site name, call the city and ask.

    This way, you can stay anonnymous if you decide to build a coop and keep few chicken.
