Cleaning a wooden coop

My Becky has had a little bit of runny stools due to the antibiotics she has been on. I was wondering what is the best solution or cleaner to use that will really clean the floor of her coop. Thanks, NeeCee

Vinegar in water. It is natural, won't hurt the chickens and the acid will kill bacteria.

But, if you coop floor is covered with chips, straw or sand, I would worry too much about a bout with the runs...just keep to your regular cleaning schedule.
