clear mucus poop with streaks of blood. chick 4/5 days old!! any ideas?

i didnt end up giving this to my chicks as 2 died and the remaining one seems fine.
i am however treating the rest of my flock with this (all are 3 months and up). i am treated them with the pigeon dose.

it was very devastating to us as we have never lost a chick before let alone 2 they were so lovely as well. we try to look on the positive side and we still have 1 left. after the second one passed away i made a mixture of apple cider vinegar, crushed garlic and fresh oregano. i gave that to the remaining chick and have had no problem since. (and the remaining chick was starting to sneeze and sounded a little raspy before this mixture was given)
