Clear nasal discharge ??

I noticed this morning that some of our 8 wk old orpington chicks have a small amount of clear nasal drainage. Is this a big thing or a watch and see thing? We have around 20 chickens in all. These are the youngest and are in with the rest of the flock. I've just noticed it this morning.
 
Yes, this is a big deal. I would separate her immediately and look for similar symptoms in the others and separate any that exhibit a discharge from eyes or nose.

Generally nasal discharge indicates respiratory disease, which is usually highly contagious.
