Clear non sticky non smelly liquid from vent

Hi all, I was wondering if any of you have ever seen clear, non sticky, non smelly liquid coming from a hens vent. I was holding my one year old Ameraucana today and it was like she peed on me. She is healthy, laying normally and her vent looks fine. It was very surprising and I wonder if I should be concerned or take her to the vet. Any feedback would be appreciated!
