I really don't want my new chochins leaving the saftey of my backyard.
It's plenty big enough for them to get around and it safe from any predators. My dog is always back there and is very alert.

I don't any them flying over the fence so when is a good time to start clipping their wings?

and how much do you cut, so they can't fly?

    thanks

They are big enough when they are fully feathered...And when you go to clip their wing feathers clip the flight feathers on one wing only, so that when they try to fly they are thrown off balance... [IMG]
