closed eye on pullet

She is trying to use one eye which makes her twist her neck upside down. I think there is more going on than just a swollen eye thing now, my pullet's orientation is way off. I have not checked for discharge yet, but what is possibly going on with my pullet?

Can you post a picture? It would be easier if I could really see what you're talking about. You really should check both eyes carefully. Write down what you see. Also check for any nasal discharge, labored breathing, etc. Write down everything you see and get pictures and then put the info on here and hopefully someone can help.
