Cocci or injury?

I started my am chicken chores and found a dead 7 week barred rock in the coop. For the past two days I've noticed this one definitely has slowed down as far as activity, and I have seen one bloody poop. I've watched to ensure it has been eating and drinking...and have not seen any more bloody poop.

Should I go ahead & treat the flock for cocci...and what exactly should I get? Or do you think she may have gotten some sort of internal injury?

Here's a pic of her. She & the other barred rock are smaller than the others their age...different breads. She was all puffed up like this for two days.

X 2, and don't wait to get it started, because once they stop drinking, you would need to syringe feed them the meds.
