    all my flock has had cocci and became. but one hasnt. does this mean its immune?

    The unaffected bird could be immune, or at least more so than the others. Have you begun treatment yet?

    Can't tell for sure by the photo. How old is this chick? It looks like it could be prolapsed vent. I would clean the shavings and other stuff off of the chick and then see what you're dealing with. In the case of prolapse, soaking in warm water, applying honey and/or Preparation-H to the tissue, and isolating from the other birds will often let the prolapse recede into the body. But in severe cases, culling is preferable.
