Hi folks, hoping some experienced hands can help me get together a game plan of handling cleanup while in coccidia treatment. After identifying it in a hen, our little flock is taking Corvid treatment in their water. I've got a bleach water bucket for my boots after entering the pen, and making sure to clean up and wear gloves when handling the ducks who are separate from them. The ducks will be handled and fed/let out/etc. before handling chickens.

The chickens are in a dirt run with a log cabin coop, and hay for bedding. What measures can I take to clean the run and coop during this time? Any other helpful advice you may be able to offer? Thank you kindly.
