Depending on how bad it is you could lose some by morning. I never prolong treatment of cocci. It’s super deadly.

i mean for now, the chick only has bloody poop and is still very active and is eating/ drinking

No definitely don’t treat naturally unless you want to lose more birds. I second Corid. Do not use any vitamins while treating with Corid.

Treat all chickens as if they have it (they probably do just not exhibiting symptoms yet).Corid wont hurt them. Also if you ever bring more chickens in do another round of Corid. Don’t give any supplements while treating them with Corid.

Corid! Overnight it if you can I did with tractor supply co so check your shipping options. More chickens will die!
