This may have been discussed, if yes, please could you send me a link?
1. We have 3 medications for treating Coccidiosis: amprolium, toltrazuril (Baycox) and Sulfaclozine Sodium Monohydrate. Which one is best?

2. Is there a video that explains what to look in chicken feces if we are searching for Coccidiosis? When looked under a microscope.

Amprolium is what you use.
Coccidiosis will sometimes present bloody stools but not all the time. You want to look for mucusy, snot like stool. You won’t see this particular parasite in the poop. The only way to really know is to have a vet check; but that would be expensive. If you suspect coccidiosis, just treat the entire flock. It will not hurt them if they don’t have it.
Symptoms can include bloody stools, mucusy and loose stools, lethargy and loss of appetite.
